Research

I am currently working on pulsars under the supervision of Prof. Ue-Li Pen and his Post-Doc I-Sheng Yang. In particular, I am looking at the millisecond pulsar B1957+20, the so called Black Widow Pulsar, located in a binary system about 5,000 light years from us. I have been wondering what the eclipse of the pulsar by its companion can tell us about the pulsar.
